You should see them after 8 weeks, what s your training like, diet like and rest time like?

Results do take time, however some change should be expected after 8 weeks. However we'll need more information to determine what you should expect, fill out your profile with your goals and we'll be able to help you out a lot more.
Otherwise if you're currently over weight and are trying to put on muscle you won't see much change cause the muscle won't be visible...in fact the muscle might push the fat out and make you look bigger with still minimal muscle.

Sounds like your training program isnt as good as it could be. Seems like most of the info on this site is against working your whole upper body in one day, especially every second day.

dude don't forget that you see yourself every day and therefore won't necessarily notice a dramatic difference. I know that for me, in just the last year i have put on about 17lbs of muscle and I still feel like my body hasn't changed, but people tell me otherwise. You might want to take some pictures, or measurements or both and start comparing them every 8 weeks or so. i am sure with hard work you will see a dramatic change.
