Recommended Vitamins?

Ok, here's my problem... I eat horribly. I don't eat too many calories, but practically everything I eat is the wrong type of food. Are there any kind of vitamins that you, the great people of ft.com, would recommend to help me supplement my diet?

Practically the only thing that I always get enough fo every day is Vitamin C, because if I'm not drinking water, I'm drinking sugar free orangeade or lemonade.

stick with a regular multivitamin, that'll cover the basics

but it doesnt matter how many vitamins you pop, you need to get your diet under control too
