There really is no set number, we are all different. We can ballpark it, but you really may already have the answer. If with what you are doing now, your current activity level and caloric intake is keeping you exactly the same, then you have what is known as your maintenance calories. What you need to do from here is intelligently start reducing your caloric intake by for instance 300 calories per day, not enough to shock the system badly, but enough to induce a weight loss. Keep your protein high, and you will preserve lean mass, while utilizing mostly fat.
