brandy - I just read your profile and it looks like you're one of those that's into a yo-yo cycle. What it boils down to is a life style adjustment. You need to set yourself some goals, set yourself up with a decent, clean diet and stick with it and start on an exercise program. There are some super plans here on FT. Extra weight doesn't come on overnight and it doesn't go away any faster. :)
