im not very confident in doing flys for my chest due to fear that my right shoulder may get dislocated, as it has been dislocated 5-7 times before.
anybody has this problem?

I had a client with that problem. Focus on limiting your range of motion in the downward phase and see if it is okay, use light weights until you have built some stability.

Look up rotator cuff in fit buddy and find some exercises, they may help hold the shoulder into place.
