today was not my best day in the gym. dont you hate days like this? could be from a lack of sleep, but i just wasnt feelin it today. i dont even know why im posting this, think i just need to vent. just gotta bear down and train hard next time.

bropie, if someone else posted that they'd had a bad day is this the advice you would give them? Are you sure you're not guilty of pushing yourself too much?

ksmith i did have the pb and j.. lol guess it didnt do the trick.
thing is princess, i could have done better today, just didnt have the motivation. its not an issue of pushing myself too hard i think, its more getting focused again, and not letting it get to me. i had a bad workout, fine, so the best thing to do is bounce back hard next time in my opinion.

yeah, friday was a great workout (for having only about 8 hours of sleep over the past few days). i just needed to get back on track.. thanks for the concern though everyone :)
