I HAVE A PROBLEM BRAKING DOWN THE GRAMS,I'M TRYING TO GAIN WEIGHT AND IT SAY'S TO EAT 4125 CALORIES A DAY.BUT I DON'T GET IT,IF IT SAY'S 150 CALORIES IN A PIZZA,DOES THAT MEAN EVERY PIZZA I EAT IS 150 AND IT KEEPS ADDING OR IF IT SAY'S 100 CALORIES IN SUNFLOWERS SEEDS.EVERY SEED I EAT ADDS TO THEM 100 CALORIES.I DOUBT IT,BUT CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN.ALSO IN MY LIFTING SCHEDULE IT SAY'S TO LIFT LEGS AND BACK,BUT I PUT THAT I CAN'T BECAUSE OF INJURIES.SO WHAT DO I LIFT 4 THAT DAY.I'M TRYING TO GAIN WEIGHT AND MUSCLE.THX IN ADVANCE
