I cant see how you would get the pump feeling only doing 1-2 sets per muscle group. It seems more like an overall body cardio session to me. But hey, each to his own....

Yea, me either. But the site says that the extra sets per day are unnecessary strain on your body. Also, you're doing the same amount of sets per week.. There's way to many theories out there :angry:
