Finally I have gotten the mass on my chest that I'm quite happy with. It looks like fat when I look down at them......anyways they havent got that propper rounded look. How will I get that round shape? Will it start to get rounded up while I go through my cutting phase?
Thanks -------------- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- Lift big in the kitchen, if you want to lift big in the gym |

it should.. cutting will decrease the fat on your chest, so it will look tighter. if you want to exaggerate the effect, do some lower pec training to really pop things out. great pics btw!

Thanks.....what do u mean by exaggerate? The only lower pec training I can do is leaning forward dips coz our gym has no decline bench.-------------- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- Lift big in the kitchen, if you want to lift big in the gym |

by exaggerate i more or less mean having a greater pump. when theres more blood in that area, it will pop more. or if the muscle has been trained more in that area, there will be more mass, hence it will stick out more.

What other exercises are there to really hit the lower chest rather than leaning forward dips and using a decline bench. And what about that exercise u do with 1 dumbell for ribcage expansion. Does this bulge ur chest out more?

I was talking about pullovers and I have no confusion with them anymore. Everyone can do dips .... all u need is a sturdy chair. I was just wondering if there were any other exercises except for the decline bench flies for lower chest.-------------- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- Lift big in the kitchen, if you want to lift big in the gym |

yes.. but the cables will do it better. as opposed to the dumbells, the cables will be working against resistance on both the concentric (up) and eccentric (down) parts of movement, whereas dumbells will just be working against gravity on the eccentric portion. you are looking to shape and carve out this area, so in my opinion, the cables are better at doing this.

Thanks. The reason why I wanted to know about dumbells were so that I cld do it at home and not only in the gym. I sort of get the gis of all that scientific stuff lol.
To teflon.... GOD man u dont need any equipment for dips other than a chair. Just go this link and you'll see some pics on how to do dips with a chair.... and make sure u lean forward. For inner chest I think u can do diamond pushups where your both ur hands are shaped to make a diamond. But I dnt think press ups will build mass. -------------- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- ZAK -- Lift big in the kitchen, if you want to lift big in the gym |

u cannot really change the shape of a muscle cos its genetic..some ppl have square-like pectorals, others have rounded ones
