i bought this weight gainer 2200 gold powder it has 45g of protein and 407gs of carbs and with the health shakes i have it will have 3100 calories becaus the health shakes have 300 cals each and theres 3 of them and one serving is 3 cups of powder and 3 cups of water or milk and i want to know when should i take it before during or after a workout to get best results? i dont think i can drink this whole thing in an hour after a workout but i can try.
