Hello all. When one registers with free trainers you are given a choice as to wheather or not you use weights, machines and anything. Sometimes even if you state that you have the use of no machines you are given an exercise that requires the use of one. Such is my dilema and question to anyone that may be able to help. Doing the seated calf requires the use of a seated calf machine which I do not have access to. Is there some other way of doing this exercise without a specific machine? I have a Nautilus machine. 400lbs of weight. Seperate bench for incline, flat or decline presses. Squats, lat pull down bar with cable, can do seated rows. I have been just putting weight on my shoulders as if to squat and pushing up with my feet to exercise calf. reverse calf is easy but the seated calf is something I can't figure out how to do. Any suggestions? Ace out

do standing calf raises instead....using dbs or a barbell...
thanks man, that is just what I have been doing. I just thought that maybe someone else came up with an idea I hadn't. Oh well, thanks for being the only person to reply I appreciate it.
