With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
Just thought I'd ask a question. I'm 6'2 and 205 pounds. So I'm tall but have a bit extra weight that i'd like to get rid of. I live in Canada so right now I cant really do much outside because it is too cold. So I'm basically limitied to what i can do in the gym. I know that cardio is what burns fat but how much? Is it a good idea to see a nutritionist? and are there any products that are ephedra free that will aid in the fat loss process? I appreciate anyones feed back.
You'll never really be able to loose weight in the gym if you don't also follow a healthy diet. Try doing some search in here for diets (lots of posts) and also take a look at FT's nutrition programs.

Losing fat is about diet, weight training and cardio. So look at and assess you eating, training then if needed add cardio. A good rule is to build up to 4 - 30min sessions over a period of time. If you are not losing and the diet is in line increase the cardio more (but only for the short term).
