I need to reach 230 something grams of protein to meet my nurtitional plan. I don't have the time to go looking over protein amounts and measurments. Can someone tell me a few packed foods(with their amounts), that i can include in my daily diet to make sure i reach my mark.

egg whites, beans and chicken are a few protein rich foods. eggs are a great source of cheap protein.
