What is the best way to get rid of love handles? I have little love handles and they really aggrivate me and I want to get rid of them. Can you help me?

Muscle, what's your bodyfat percentage? If under 10%, you're not that far from getting rid of them! Do you have much definition on your abs now? Anyway, try hanging and seated twists.

Cardio and diet is the hard solution...... And of course work with your obliques so when you'll loose your fat, you'll have nice muscles instead.

reduce your bodyfat, there is no such thing as spot reducing. Remember its all about the diet! At least 80% of it so start there.

lol...my body percent is at about 10/9 right now...i gues i will work it down a little and that might help...my abs have been getting tighter and bigger..so i am in luck

Listen to what everyone else said, but be careful not to work your obliques with weight or else you will overdevelop them and wind up looking like you have love handles no matter what you bodyfat% is. You might also want to increase the size of your back to make your waist area look smaller.

Hi Musclerage, you really want to work with your obliques (and get rid of your love handles)?!!! Do one hand push ups. This is not only a "fancy" exercise but also an exercise who is GENIUOS for your side abs (sorry I didn't think about that before).
Try some and you'll feel the soreness of the obliques for the three following days! (o:
