hello everyone..im 27, 6ft 1", and weight about 185lbs.
Im trying to loose my fatty stomach, the rest of my body is pretty lean its just my stomach that is the problem
ive read ALOT of post and they make me more confused. Some people say do cardio then I just read a post saying cardio isnt good if your lean and that it will take away muscle.
So what should I do to loose my stomach. I will admit ALOT of my fat is from my lack of a good diet and my laziness with working out. So im changing my diet and Im starting to work back out
So with that changed what else should I be doing to loose it??
sounds like you've nailed it. a solid diet and good exercise regimen will get rid of that fat. use cardio to create more of a caloric deficit, and force your body to burn the fat for energy. weight training will raise your metabolism and build lean muscle to burn more fat during the day.
