Ok dead period has started for football, its three weeks of hard core weight lifting for me, i need to gain as much weight as possible, i have a fairly steady diet but im looking into supplements like cell tech and other creatines but do not know which is more effective i have three weeks to bust my ass with no delays, even after those weeks i will still be hitting the weight room but not frequently and intesivitly supplement help would be nice......

if you're looking into creatine, get a monohydrate powder, specifically from optimum nutrition, universal nutrition, or prolab. invest in some protein powder as well.. optimum nutrition has some good stuff.

in terms of your diet, try to get 1- 1.5 grams of protein per lb bodyweight, and 2- 3 grams carbs per lb bodyweight. take in 50- 100 grams of healthy fats, being monounsaturated and polyunsaturated.
