I haven't been on this site in a few months, but I have been working on getting off the last pounds. I think I was 173 pounds when I posted my last topic. Now I am 157. Still, it is so slow. I want to be 135. I am 5'3, and as I can remember, this weight was about perfect for me. I have lost motivation and it is killing me. I have a baby that is one year old now, and she keeps me going, but this flabby stomach still is there, I have a lot of different ways to get there, but I sit and look at the treadmill and weight machine and say tomorrow I will be back on it!! UGH! HELP!

You can do it. Maybe you need to do something more fun than the treadmill. Do you have any sport teams you can be part of? Or just get out of the house for a walk with the baby. Workout videos might help too.
