I'm only 13 but i really don't like the thinnest of my body ive been using dumbbells for a long time now with only 5kgs but i want my arms to be thicker not so much stronger i am extremely strong for the size that i am but i don’t seem to show it from my arms i have noticed that my arms have got slightly bigger but not much. + Can anyone tell me any dumbbell exercises i could use with my new 15kg dumbbells.
