Hey all :)

I had been working out every week with my fitness plan, was doing very good with it. I recently took a vacation for 3 weeks and had no time to workout, what should i do? should i just continue with my workout plan and ab plan from where i left off?

Just get back on your program. If you were making decent gains,it won't take you long to be back where you were.
