There is no way to spot reduce. When you burn fat you burn it all over. This is done by working out, creating a caloric deficit, etc... Pick you up a Nutritional plan and an Exercise plan from here and you'll be on your way to getting back to that prepregnancy weight. I just got rid of mine also...well not my pregnancy but my wifes.
You should try water aerobics... with the water being all over resistance, you see results.
There are also baby and me tapes/ classes that you could do with your baby (if you don't want to be away from your baby for an hour or two.)
Are you breast-feeding? This also helps with fat loss.
