hey im have been going to the gym for a while now i use to weight about 176 now im at 160 maybe less does cardio make u lose weight in all areas of ur body or just your legs since i mostly do bike and running im at a good size already i just wanna get cuts will runnin every day and leftin weights some times do that for me
