I'm not overweight, so I'm not looking to lose weight. Although, I do want and need to be in better shape. I eat healthily, take vitamis and drink lots of water, and I'm generally an active person. But I cant seems to figure out how to get my upper theighs and butt tighter and in shape. what excercises should i do?

squats....down past parallel
deadlifts.....
lunges....
all work great...
stick to 10-12 rep range...and do 3 sets of each...try to pick a weight on the last set where you can't perform another rep after doing the 12th rep...
