Hi everyone! I have a question..today I did my first ft workout. I am doing the home workout to lose weight. It took me 75 minutes to do it, not including the 25 minutes of cardio. I did not take breaks and I went directly from one set to the next. Does it take anyone else this long? Do you think I will get faster at it? I admit I'm not in good shape but I wasn't feeling awkward and had no problem doing the movements so I'm at a loss..I just can't imagine a way I can devote almost 2 hrs a day to work out. Does anyone have any feedback on doing this workout? Thanks! :)

I am doing 4 sets of all 30 exercises just like the program tells me to. It is working shoulders, back, chest, triceps, biceps, stomach, calves & legs. It just seems to take so long, I don't know what I must be doing wrong. Do you know what amt of time the average session should usually take to complete?

Are you sure 30 different exercises were set up for you? That's a lot. Can you list them here?

Tim,
I'm sorry, I made a mistake - there are 10 exercises and about 5 stretches. They are listed in a different format than the workouts I've used in the past so I counted down the list quickly to reply to that post and didn't actually read each line. Still, I'm curious how long it usually takes others to do the workouts. I'm assuming that I will get quicker when I can flow from one to the next without looking up the technique.

I usually was done an FT workout in an hour to an hour and a half when I was doing them at home... it depended on the kids!
I don't think 1:15 is all that bad, actually. But it will streamline as you get more used to it.
