I've been doing 1/2 hour of cardio each day and then I throw in another 1/2 hour of just plain running on the treadmill.. then along with that I put it 1/2 hour of working out...

I've been dieting for at least a week now..

I do see a "Starting" of a six pack, but I still have a spare tire?!

Lol, It is going to take longer than a week. Keep a clean diet and keep up with the cardio/weights. In time you will get what you want. Good luck!
