Hi.
Am just beginning training 4 the 1st time in my 20 yrs and have absolutely no idea abt sets/reps and weights. I don't have access to weights or any kind of dumbells etc...so I had opted for the Home Training Exercise routine.But the workout plan includes some weights.....what is it actually? Can I do with out them? Am basically fit but want to get rid of my potbelly and love handles!! Reply soon....thanks.
