hi, i am a 14 year old girl so i am going into highschool in septemeber. I play soccer. I really want to improve...
1. my recovery rate. I can run pretty fast, but i cant sprint, then jog, then go into a sprint again in a short amount of time. I have to take a decent break in time.
2. my acceleration. once i get moving im fine, but i would like to improve the amount of time it takes for me to get going fast.
3. for soccer players only: this isnt really about fitness, but im in a rut, i cant seem to get much better no matter how hard i try. Im practicing 5 times a week because im on 2 teams. ODP tryouts are at the end of august and i know i have a chance, but i want to have a better one. Please tell me a few tricks you may have with the game of soccer. Gracias.
