Hi flexing,

working out outside has it's ups and downs. It can be good for the fresh air instead of the stuffy humid gym. However, it can be dangerous if the heat is too much. You can face dehydration which can lead to hospitalization. So drink plenty of water. Train smart.

I would it would be doing your work out out side. Yeah, sure its great. Nice clean air, sunshine, all good for you, but is it good for your equiptment? Don't know. I've seen too many benches and weight sets that have sat out side and suffered the elements, UV damage and rust, and guess what, the owners lost interest because their equiptment wasn't the greatest.

If you can manage to keep your equiptment in good health, there is nothing wrong with working out outside. In the spring and fall (not to hot and not to cold) I pull the bench and weights outside. But, I oil the metals and cover the pads, and make sure it is covered when not in use.

Cheers
