This isn't really related to fitness...but don't know where else to post it.
If anyone here is in London or surrounding areas I just wanted to say my heart goes out to you all today. It's tough to see this happen to you guys over there.
Good luck to you and the most important thing to do is grieve for the loses and then get back to your lives. Wish there was more I could do personally to help.

My heart goes out to you as well. After living through September 11th and being only 50 miles away from New York City, we know how you are feeling.

outrageous that israeli prime minister was warned of a possible terrorist attack...and stayed at his hotel...while everyone else was not given the heads up.....

It was chaos yesterday. I live 2 mins away from the tube station where it took place. But luckily there were not that many deaths.
