Set Goals! Set one or two major goals, like lose 50 pound or bench 250. Then Set smaller goals. This way you feel you are accomplishing something, and know you are seeing results. Also everyone has bad days. Dont Give up. We believe in you! :)

start a workout log, to keep track of your progress. Seriously, its something I have never been good with but really wish I had. Record types of exercises, gains youve made, weight, sets, reps, and what you thought about the workouts. It will really help later on, plus it forces you to think consciously about your workouts.

You can print logs from www.animalpak.com or from the programs on this site or bodybuidling.com has logs also.
