I was wondering. Throughout the day I drop and do 25 or so pushups and there is a pullout bar that I have to walk by three or four times a day and I will do ten pullups and five or so chinups at time. I do this in addition to my regular routine of weightlifting and cardio. My question is are they mini workouts really doing anything or are am I just wasting my time?
