I need to know how many times a week to do cardio and for how long each time if I'm trying to get buff. Obviously I don't want to do too much or I'll get skinny, but I need to keep some of the fat off obviously that I'm taking in. Can anyone help?

if you are just looking to shed some body fat, maybe cardio 3x MAX would be good for you.. however, if you are just looking to spot reduce, it will be diet that will get you there. personally, i only have fat in the midsection, and am concentrating on diet to rid myself of it rather than burning unnecessary calories, and potentially muscle, all over.

look into HIIT training under fitbuddy, and use that once or twice a week.. it is a quick anaerobic form of cardio that burns more fat and effectively raises metabolism throughout the day. keep your regular cardio sessions, i would say, to about 30-45 min max, with a 5 min warmup and cooldown, and stretching after
