Jeezus, your 14, do you have any idea how much your body is growing right now? Dont worry about looking a little better right now (14!!) worry about being beautiful when your an adult. If you cut back your calories too much and get malnutritioned you will be shorter and have smaller breasts when your 25. Fat can be lost and gained, but the 'body building' your body is doing now will never ever happen again.

It is never too early to adopt a healthy lifestyle. I agree in the respect that doing this only for "looks" is not the best reason, but if you begin eating right and exercising now hopefully it will continue for the rest of your life

Is it just me or is this a bit sad? 14?!?! I agree about a healthy lifestyle as well...but at 5 foot and 119, well thats not overly huge.
I think exercise and eating right are probably the only things that should be recommended.
Carrie,
My mother was only 5 foot and she weighed about 100lbs soaking wet, and that was extremely skinny, boney and well not the least bit attractive. When she got sick she got really sick...just eat right and do some exercises, sounds like maybe you just need to tone up a bit is all.
okies I'm going back to lurking now,
D
