ok i weigh 119 and im 5 foot 1 inch i want to get down to 100 how can i how many cals a day and im a vegetarian i also would like to have more difenative muscles how can i do that without weight training plz respond

generally you will need about 1200-1500 calories....depending on how much cardio you will be doing....as a vegetarian you need to combine proteins to create complete protein sources....beans/rice etc...eat 40/40/20 protein/complex carbs/healthy fat...
run 30 min a day 5 days....weight training is still necessary...whether whole body or body split or whatever...more muscle through weight training=higher metabolism
