Hello--I have yo-yo dieted since I was 12 years old and I think I have screwed up my body permanetly. Previously I've lost 10-15 lbs on programs such as Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig, but then went off of them and gained weight. At my heaviest I weight 165. Four months ago I got a personal trainer and 1 month ago I completely cut out sugar and now I weigh 174lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am eating 1350 calories a day, I joined a fitness boot camp and see my trainer 2xs a week. My gut is protruding out and I look like shit. Does anyone have suggestions for me? I have no idea what to do.
