Hello, im new and thought i'd ask for some advise/help.

Im 19 year old poor studant.

3 months ago i weighed 178lb. After changing my diet and commiting to exersise am now 154lb, which i am pleased with.

However, I would like to lose another 10lb. The top half of my body is pretty well toned, but i would like to get rid of that last bit of fat around my abdomenan (sp?). I think now, that possibally what I have been doing in the past, may no longer work.

I usually eat Apples, Bananas, Oranges, Pasta, Onions, Tomoatos, Potatos and little else. I also try to drink 8 glasses of water a day.

I exersise 4/5 times a week which will usually inculde.

(per day)
- 200 Crunches
- 200 Dumbbell Shoulder Press
- 200 Dumbbell Fly
- 160 Dumbbell Pullover
- 80 Dumbbell One Arm Triceps Extension

I also run for 20/30 minutes prior to work out.

I am curious as to when it is best to run (before or after working out)?

And also what would be best to add/cut out of my diet.

any help?

Im quite alright with the reps, i do alternate them in sets...i wouldn't dream of pulling off 200 of anything in one go.

I have heard that doing cardio in the morning, before you eat is a bad idea. As you will lose mainly muscle insted of fat.

As Ghetto said, sign up for a FREE program on the site. It will give you a full body workout which you seem to be lacking.

If you're combining cardio and lifting, I found that lifting beforehand is better for me. Otherwise, I use all my gas running and consider it an accomplishment just to make it back to the locker room, let alone lift.

hmm indeed princess.

I just want to lose a few more pounds around my abdomen so i can see the rest of my 6-pack.

Then i'll start focusing on muscle.

I find that the exersise im doing at the moment does not have much/any effect on my gut.

what would be the best way to achive my goal?
