Just seeing if we can generate enough interest in a challenge using the FBI Agents' workout..it would probably start in August.

yeah,oh well.

I have decided to do a 12 week challenge starting the 4th of July anyway, maybe after that people will want to do the FBI challenge. Or a Navy Seals Challenge would be cool - I have that program somewhere...

Ok I'm game for the FBI challenge. AMy let us know when to start, but I can only train 3 days a week!
