HI Im NEW TO THIS AND I HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS THAT HAVE PROBABLY BEEN ANSWERED BUT I JUST CANT FIND GOOD INFO ON THEM SO CAN ANY1 TELL ME HOW TO GET A BIGGER CHEST AND WIDER SHOULDERS QUiCK? WHAT WORKOUTS EFFECT THE MOST??? I AM 6'0-6'1 130-135 rEally SKINNY and I JUST SERIOUSLY NEED TO GET BIGGER SO CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

yea, being a beginer.....you can do any workout and see very good results.......yoru just gonna have to eat.....alot. To build that muscle.

as for the routines....theres are some good ones on here
