my dr has told me that i need to do something...i am clinically obese...but i dont feel that way!..i am active with riding my bike and walking..but cant seem to lose the weight...i have been told im eating too much of the wrong things and not enough of the right things!....my schedule is weird so i need a flexible plan.....anybody in my boat??

I'm not but even if you dont feel obese you may. Obese is defined as a person that is 30 lbs overweight or more. Clinically obese is 100 lbs or more. My idea would be jogging at least 15 mins a day and to alter your diet so you don't binge eat, but thats just my opinion.

It sounds as though it's time to change your diet.... a lot of times it's a mindset... instead of potato chips, grab an apple or some other fruit...
It's not gonna happen overnight and will take some time for the diet to change... you'll fall off the wagon once in a while too, but get back on it...
As for an exercise plan, grab one from FT... the home plan works well and there are lots you can do without weights and big equipment...
Start slow and work your way up. Again, it will not happen overnight and the changes may be subtle, but they'll happen...

hey don't worry about it. It WILL fall off. I was a total skeptic but then i gave the program a whirl, since trying a combination of my own plans didn't work well. Now after 3 months i dropped 45 pounds. Now i only have 30 to go. I started mid april. One more thing. WHen you look up things like calories in foods you WILL be surprised how much food that really is. I eat tons now and really do lose weight. Along with my weekend pizza. :)
