ok - for the past 2 weeks ive been taking xtra-lean, doing cardio and weights 5 times a week, and eating a healthy diet.. im trying to get really cut up - my weight went from 205 to 196 in two weeks... the problem is that my waist two weeks ago was 38inches.. and when i measured today, it was still 38... sure ive lost pounds but my waist as i mentoined is the same - am i doing something wrongg..... ?

Your waist size may not drop exactly proportionally to your weight loss. There are a TON of factors in that. Generally speaking, it seems that most people tend to lose around an inch per 8-10lbs.

How is your body fat changed though?
