Ive been getting pain just bellow my left rib and down towards my abs on that side. I went to the docs and she thinks I may have seperated a floater never heard of that before but sure hurts!! ......... anyway taken a week off feeling a lot better although still have a very slight pain in upper abs..... doc said its OK to workout if I want but I am a bit worried about the excersises where core stability is invloved i.e unsupported excercises like arnolds or military press.

What do you guys think........did my chest day last night and was OK but droped the weight on incline dumbell press as was worried about picking them up from the floor because of the reach, stretch, lift action.

Yu probably just pulled a muscle.. I've had a pain in my chest it ended up being just a pulled muscle or something of that sort I was fine after a few days
