i have a dilemma here - i workout 5 times a week, 30-40 mins cardio and do 1hr of weightlifting.. i am trying to get cut up and lose some fat i have to show my muscles - i eat a healthy diet 6 out of the 7 days - however , today is saturday! and as a 20 year old its hard for me to stay home on the weekends... i woke up this morning ate pancakes, for lunch had cheese pizza, and am going to be drinking in the club tonight - i just cant stay home while my friends are out partying it up - my question is do my other 6 days of cardio and healthy eating go down the drain due to my saturdays or not????? - any tips wud be greatly appreciated - thanks

I have been told here that just about everyone has a cheat day and as long as you dont go overboard with what you eat that day... You should be ok!!!

Where are you located? I thought the age limit for drinking was 21 nationwide. Are there some states that have a lower age limit (just curious)?

haha i love it.. especially when i was 18 and it was legal in quebec

like baby said, a cheat day is ok every once and awhile. the key is not to go overboard, and to get back on track the next day. if you eat healthy 6 days of the week, going out for some drinks saturday, or letting your diet slip a little bit will not kill you.. may actually even stimulate your metabolism to work harder
