time to exercise?

is there a certain time of day that is "better" to exercise then a different time of day? (e.x. mornings better then nights or something) just wonderin.. thanks

If you look at the bottom you can do a fitbuddy search and prob will get a lot of results, but no there is no certain time of day to do them. Just as long as you do them... That is all that matters! :)

baby is right on the button.. its whatever suits you. there are some perks to doing, say, cardio in the am to bump up your metabolism throughout the day etc.

i think its alot of personal preference. i enjoy working out in the morning, as i am full of energy, and it wakes me up for the rest of the day. like with the cardio, it jumpstarts my metabolism for the day, and practically all the nutrients i am consuming over the day are being directed primarily to my worked muscles..

I prefere between 1 and 5.....in the afternoon somtime frame in that area.....not the whole time lol

lol im usually out with friends at that time frame so i dont think they want me to exercise while im out with them lol

i do everything right before i got to bed about 1 hr before you decide to hit the sack you should just be finishing your lifts because i'll tell you.

once your done lifting anytime in the day ATPs start up to repair your torn muscle fibers hence making you bigger your body does this same thing during your sleep so you are getting the benefits of 2 for 1.

Also if you decide to choose this method you must have a protein shake right after your done as well as Creatine or any other supplements you have to take. Also to gain muscle mass and weight take a weight gainer with your protein shake before you get to bed and get a full 8-10 hrs of sleep.

I have had excellent results with this program I created, tell me if it works for you.

testosterone is double in the morning vs night....so training in the morning is better in terms of this fact...

body temperature is higher in the evening so it takes less warm up to get into working sets...

however anytime is better than nothing at all...

I think it's easier to exercise right before you go to bed, because you use up the extra energy that you have from the day! DOes that make sense to anyone else?

Just curious, on our training schedule, do I do each exercise four times a day total or do I start with the first for 15, go through the last then start the first again 4x total? I'm new to this
