I would suggest you fill out your profile and also get started on an FT workout plan- you can tailor it to suit your needs- how many days a week, weights/machines available, and weather you are looking to gain mass or lose weight, etc. The workouts provided are great!

I'm a newbie myself, but my boyfriend who lifts suggested that I don't do shoulders and chest on the same day.
I would switch one of those to Monday. :)

I would suggest doing a 4 day split rather than a 3 day (you may gain more fat on a 3 day split then you desire). Don't do chest, tri's, and shoulder's all on the same day. You use your tri's during chest exercises and you put a lot of pressure on your shoulders when doing bench presses, little bit of an overload to do all in the same day. This is the routine that I always suggest (I believe bropie does too):

mon - chest bis forearms
tue - thighs abs
wed - rest
thur- shoulders tris
fri - back calves abs
sat - rest
sun - rest

I follow this workout for mass gaining and it works well for me.
