about the still being fat.. that all depends, do you know what your body fat percentage is?? that would tell you alot more.. you can find out what it is here by clicking on fitness plan, then exercise progress charts, then online fitness charts... then just click on the body fat percentage.... I hope that helps ya out abit... the other questions. I am sure the professionals would be better at answering.... :) so I will leave that up to them!!!!

I have a similar problem, but cutting most dairy and sugar from my diet made the weight start melting off. I only eat non-fat or low-fat yogurt (small amount) or occasionally a sugar substitute (Splenda) as a treat. I don't eat any fast food except for the fruit bowls and salads with a low-fat dressing. For some of us "stocky" folks, fat will hang on for dear life. I had been exercising consistantly for five months and, although my overall health was great, I still couln't lose the weight I wanted to lose. My doctor told me that a lot of juices (sugar) and dairy (fat) was my problem and she was right.
