first of all its pecs.. as in pectorals
if you want to build big ones, train with low reps for each set.. try 6- 8 reps, failing on the last one. do anywhere from 12- 15 working sets.
flat bench will be good for overall pec development, incline will be good for upper, and decline good for lower. presses, whether bar or dumbell, will be good to add mass, and dumbells have a larger range of motion than barbells, so can be good to keep development equal on both sides of your body. flyes are going to be good to stretch your pecs, and develop their outer edge. holding for a few seconds at the peak of the movement will be good to develop your inner pecs.
from what i gather you are just getting started with chest training. stick with the basics, and maybe give this a try:
barbell bench press (1 warmup, 3 work sets)
incline dumbell press(" ")
decline dumbell press(" ")
flat flyes (" ")
good luck!
