trying to lose baby weight

i had a baby boy feb 16 and don't seem to have time to do anything let alone exercise and eat right, infact he's sitting in my lap right now, so i'm trying to figure out how to manage eating right and exercise into my life

I have 2 children and I manage to work out every morning which is the best time for me. It is easier when they go to school or after Dad gets home from work but you have to make it part of your daily routine to set a good example for them to include exercise. I have recently become a personal trainer too to make a little extra money doing it.

it's not that easy for me because i'm in college and i don't exactly have his father around infact his dad hasn't seen him since he was 3 wks old, so it's just a challenge to get through the day
