how do i do this workout?

HELP! my personlized workout has (for example) 4 sets of push ups, 15 reps each. do I do these back to back (doing a total of 60 push ups at once) or do I do 1 set of push ups then 1 set of something else?

u do 1 set of pushups for 15 reps, take a break for the prescribed amount of time, ( less time if building mass more time if building strength but with those reps id assume your going for mass.. ) anyway u do 1 set of 15 reps. take a break 60-150 seconds or something then repeat 4 sets in total. i dont know if your new or not or weather or not pushups to u r an easy thing or hard thing to do if u feel thats to easy u might want to change the exercise to bench press.. or dips.. or add weight on your back while doing the pushup or do it on a incline with your feet up in air.. just options.
