Hello fellow challengers:)
I’ve been using the FT-exercise log to chart my workouts, so I thought I’d post a 4 week update on my progress for the 8 week challenge.
This is just a list of the basics, I have had progress in all of my legs, chest, back, arm and shoulders:big_smile:
Progress from May 2 to May 30, 2005
Wt. 155 to 152(I'm going to break 150 even if I have to remove a limb!)
Bench press: 36lb to 56lbs
SL DL’s: 65 to 105
Squats: 105 to 125
Pull Ups-Assisted close grip: 62lbs to 82lbs
Also, I’ve increased my running from 5km 2X/week, to 6km 3X/week (shooting for 2X6km + 1X10km/week).
I’m very pleased with my progress thus far.
I Have great summer plans to keep me motivated so watch out fellow challengers:cool:
