Lol didn't know where to post it so I'm just putting it here. I have been a chain smoker since I was 11 and I'm 16 1/2 now, smoked about 1 and a half packs a day. I noticed that I have been stuck at weighing 185lbs for the past 6 months. I started smoke away about a month ago, and I already am up to 192 :). I guess since smoking decreases your appetite it keeps you from gaining weight. So for all you smokers, yes it is hard to quit, I did not really want to at all. But if you do, it will all be worth it if your trying to build. Take care.
