Hey everyone,
I just started a mass gaining program from free trainers and Im not sure how to do the sets.
For example, one of the days I am supposed to do a dumbell Incline Presses and a dumbell flat press. For both of the exercises it says to do 16-10-8-6. Should I do all of one exercise before I start the second one, or should I do 16 of one , then 16 of the other, then 10 of one and 10 of the other and so on...
I hope you know what Im trying to ask here haha
Thanks for any information,
Tim

Thanks Andrew.
So it is best to do one exercise at a time and not move on to another one untill you are finished all of your sets from the first exercise?
